The University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) has opened the period for completing the student satisfaction surveys regarding teaching activity for the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.

These surveys are conducted online and allow students to evaluate the quality of the teaching they have received, contributing to the continuous improvement of university education. Access to the surveys is provided via a link sent to each student’s institutional email.

Participation deadlines:

  • Bachelor’s Degrees: from April 22 to May 22
  • Master’s Degrees: from April 22 to May 29

ULPGC encourages all students to actively participate in this process, as their feedback is essential for improving teaching quality.

Public event for ERASMUS+ placement allocation 2026/2027 at the School of Architecture

Dear student,

We inform you that the public event for the allocation of places in the ERASMUS+ programme for the 2026/2027 academic year, corresponding to students of the School of Architecture (EA), will take place on the following date:

  • Date: Monday, April 13, 2026
  • Time: 10:30 a.m.
  • Location: Room D-03 – EA

Attendance and representation

  • Attendance is mandatory.
  • If you are unable to attend in person, you must provide proof of representation by means of a signed document authorising a specific person to attend on your behalf.
  • A template for this authorisation is provided for this purpose and is available in the documentation section: Erasmus+ representative authorisation form.
  • According to regulations:
    • Failure to attend, or failure to present valid identification (ID card, passport or driving licence) or duly accredited representation, will result in automatic withdrawal from the mobility place.

Selection of university

  • During the event, you must select one university from those offered.
  • It is the student’s responsibility to take into account the specific campus of the destination university if it has multiple locations.
  • It is recommended to review the list of available destinations in advance and attend with the necessary information to facilitate the selection process.
  • To check the number of places available per destination university, you can access the following link: Check available places

Allocation procedure by language

In order to ensure transparency and fairness, the process will follow this order:

  1. It will begin with the languages with the lowest number of accreditations, in order to give priority to accredited students wishing to apply for destinations corresponding to their language.
  2. The order of selection will be:
    • French
    • German
    • Italian
  3. Once these lists have been completed, the process will continue with the English group, which is the largest group.

This ensures that students with accreditations in less common languages can choose destinations aligned with their linguistic training before the larger groups.

Sincerely, Mobility Office of Tafira

New postponement of the SICUE 2026/2027 placement allocation session

The public session for the allocation of places in the SICUE programme for the 2026/2027 academic year, initially scheduled for Friday, 20 March and later rescheduled to Wednesday, 25 March, has been postponed again due to the closure of university facilities following the temporary suspension of academic activity decreed on the island of Gran Canaria.

The new date for the session will be Friday, 27 March 2026 at 10:30 a.m. in the EA Boardroom.

The University will provide updates regarding this process through the usual communication channels.

Public allocation event for SICUE mobility places 2026/2027 – School of Architecture

The School of Architecture (EA) informs students that the public allocation event for SICUE mobility places for the 2026/2027 academic year will take place on the following date:

  • Date: Friday, 20 March 2026
  • Time: 1:00 p.m.
  • Location: Board Room – School of Architecture

This will be a public in-person event during which mobility places will be allocated.

If a student is unable to attend in person, they must authorize a representative through a signed written document, clearly identifying the person who will attend on their behalf.

The authorization template can be downloaded from the official ULPGC SICUE mobility page:

According to the applicable regulations:

10.2. Failure to attend the public event will imply the automatic withdrawal from the mobility place.

Students are also reminded that being allocated a place in the SICUE programme implies withdrawal from, or incompatibility with, participation in the Erasmus+ SMS programme for the same 2026/2027 academic year, for those students who have applied to both programmes.

8.8. During the allocation process, students must choose one university from among those offered. Students are responsible for considering the specific campus of the destination university if the institution has multiple campuses.

8.6. Mobility places are preferably allocated during a public in-person event whose date and location are set by the centre and published on the corresponding website. Attendance may be either personal or through a representative, which must be properly accredited (valid identification document in the first case; signed authorization letter in the second).

Students are advised to review the list of destinations beforehand and attend the event with the necessary information to facilitate the selection process.

To check the number of mobility places agreed between ULPGC and the destination universities, please consult the official mobility agreements search tool:
